When the Verizon Fios was new in market there was a lot of trouble in Verizon FiOS log in/Sign in to your account and changing your password. Here are some of the steps that will help you in trouble shooting these problems.

1. Restart your router by pressing reset button on your router.

2. Turn off your router and wait half a minute

3. Turn it on after half a minute

4. Type this I.P into your browser 192.168.1.1

5. Username: Admin Pass: Password1

The above is the default log in id and pass for the Verizon Fios Log in / Sign in and if there is multiple fields asking for Username and Pass then you'll have to enter the username and pass accordingly

If you forgot your username you can retrieve it online but for that you must have a Verizon phone or account number to verify the information or identity of yours.
